Recent Endeavors:

After a nearly decade-long hiatus, Brittni rekindled her passion for painting and now creates expressive works in acrylics and oil pastels from her home studio. Her current body of work, “You are Yours, I am Yours, I am Mine,” is a family collaboration with her 3-year-old daughter, Ari, whose playful perspective adds a unique dynamic to each piece.

Brittni began this work to confront her depression and navigate the challenges of motherhood. Each piece reflects these struggles while offering a glimpse into her evolving identity as a mother. She draws inspiration for her color palettes from Renaissance masters, infusing a touch of romance into the mundane realities of modern parenthood. Her work captures the intimacy of the mother-child relationship, focusing on collaboration and embracing imperfection.
